My stay was fine. The owner waited for my late arrival at 1.am and I appreciated this. My room was clean and nicey decoratedwith a good bathroom. The location of the hotel as excellent in that it was next to the LeaningTower of Pisa. A lovely Terrace Garden.

Piazza manin is a noisy square because of the Mc Donald's below the hotel. The breafast is fair but the coffee was poor for Italy. the Hotel staff are efficient but not particularly warm. I did get help to buy my bus ticket by the nice guy who was serving breakfast. Next time I would ask for a room at the rear of the hotel.

For visiting the Piazza Miracole it was ideal. You walk out of the hotel and there is the archway into the walkway to the cathedral, Leaning tower and Baptistery. This is a basic hotel where the reception desk is in a very small space. Teh breakfast room is the only public space, except for the terrace outside, which does not give very much of a view of the ancient buildings close by. That said, the reception staff were very helpful aand patient and recommended an excellent trattoria for dinner. Breakfast was adequate and staff agreeable. I would recommend it to people with a limited budget who are truly interested in visiting the marvellous duomo and leaning tower, and who dont want to walk or travel far to reach the piazza.

The hotel could give more detail to drivers arriving by car. There is a public garage/carpark close by with whom they have an arrangement. One cannot linger at all to drop off luggage. The hotel details could give more data on this - there was none.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us check in early, They were also very informative when we had questions.

There wasn't anything I disliked about the hotel. But I would like to point out there is not elevator in the hotel.

The parking was not far from the hotel, the room was well-maintained and well-appointed. the service was exceptional, totally satisfied. the location was perfect and excellent, adjacent to many restaurants, the railroad station, the airport 50 m away, and markets in a shopping area.

Our stay was very short, so the fact that it is very central was very helpful.

Our bathroom didnt work well...by that I mean the toilet wouldnt flush all the time, and when it did you couldnt use the shower or sink afterwards because there was no water pressure. The room was also extremely cold, had a bad odor, and the staff was not great. The breakfast was also not great.

The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from a large medieval baptistery. It was located in a shopping area really close to taxis, many restaurants, main attractions, and the Square of Miracles. the single room was modern, with a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card.
